I recently stayed at a hotel in Manali and had a great experience. The hotel offers excellent value for money with reasonable rates for their comfortable and convenient rooms. The staff were very cooperative and provided us with all the necessary information about the surrounding areas to visit. Additionally, the hotel's location in a peaceful area made it a perfect choice for a relaxing stay. The basic amenities provided, such as 24*7 hot water and a gym, game zone, and spa, added to the overall comfort of our stay. The attention to detail was evident in the clean rooms and the provision of even a bottle of mineral water. The breakfast offered was also satisfying and delicious.

We had a wonderful stay at a resort nestled in nature. the rooms were beautiful, and we enjoyed stunning views of the river bed. the staff was cooperative and the services provided, such as room service and housekeeping, were outstanding. the food was tasty, and the hotel had a gym for fitness enthusiasts. the location was easily accessible, and the bathrooms were well-equipped with quality toiletries.

Some aspects of the hotel could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

Great hospitality! The staff here is very caring and cooperative. They provided us with all the information we needed about the area and even arranged a cab for us at a reasonable rate.

There were no negative aspects that we experienced during our stay at the hotel. Everything was great and we had a wonderful time.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The view of the surrounding mountains and the Beas River was simply breathtaking. The staff was very prompt and genuinely concerned about my comfort. They even upgraded me to a luxury room at no extra cost! The hotel provided hot running water, which was essential in the cold weather. The food was excellent, and I enjoyed both breakfast and lunch at the property. The wifi connectivity was also decent throughout my stay. The well-kept gardens with their Victorian white chairs provided a lovely spot to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

No negatives.

The rooms had a great view of the surrounding mountains and were very clean. the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, especially the food and beverage staff who provided excellent service. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby sights and attractions.

The heating in the room was not sufficient and we had to pay extra for a heater. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and only available in the lobby.
